Inspired by the “melting pot” of local cultural food options in South Florida, he decided to establish his restaurant and provide his community with authentic Italian dishes. Prior to this position, he served his country in the U.S. Navy. Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Peixoto pursued an education at the University of Johannesburg, from which he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering in 1995.
Beyond his primary responsibilities within the field, Mr. Peixoto has been additionally active as a pilot at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, a volunteer for a veteran’s association, a volunteer with a disaster relief fund and the president of the Coral Ridge Country Club. In light of his exceptional undertakings, he was recognized as the Two Time Businessman of the Year in Fort Lauderdale. Attributing his success to his passion, he initially worked as a civil engineer before he shifted his attention to food service. Looking toward the future, Mr. Peixoto hopes to continue thriving in his present post while supporting his children through higher education.
