Roger Paul Lotz, public information manager at the St. Louis Lambert International Airport, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the field of communications.
With nearly four decades of experience to his credit, Mr. Lotz has cultivated a career of excellence in the communications industry. Specializing in television news production, political media consulting, and commercial aviation, he has operated as a public information manager at the St. Louis Lambert International Airport since 2020. Prior to his current position, he worked as a producer for News 10 Today, as part of WILX-TV in 2020. He was also a special projects producer for WILX-TV between 2019 and 2020. Mr. Lotz also served as a media consultant and writer for RPL Communications from 2014 to 2019, as a communications specialist for CACI International Inc. from 2011 to 2014, and as a chairperson for the communications committee of the Watergate at Landmark Community Association from 2009 to 2012. He originally began his career in 1983, working as a radio reporter for United Press International Inc. until 1987.
As part of his vocational journey, Mr. Lotz pursued a higher education at Loyola University Chicago and the University of Illinois Chicago, where he completed coursework in economics. Furthermore, in 1985, he earned a Certificate in Radio-TV at Columbia College Chicago. Outside of his primary professional endeavors, Mr. Lotz remains active as a divemaster in the Professional Association of Diving Instructors. To commemorate his accomplishments, he has been honored with numerous accolades over the course of his career, including the MAB Broadcast Excellence Award from the Michigan Association of Broadcasters in 2020 and 2021 and USDOT Public Affairs Awards for Best Campaign Teamwork and Best Crisis Response from the U.S. Department of Transportation in 2005. In light of his accomplished career, Mr. Lotz is most notably proud of his work in covering presidential visits to his state and providing valuable travel information to citizens during Hurricane Katrina.
