Prior to her work at Dakota Wealth Management, Ms. Rios initially served as a regional banker from 1999 until 2000. Yearning to strike a superior balance between her work and personal life, and motivated by a desire to establish more long-term relationships with her clients, she joined Professional Planning Service, a registered investment advisor in New Hampshire. She served as the chief investment officer of the company until 2010, after which she took ownership of the company as its president and managing member. Additionally, in 2017, Ms. Rios began collaborating as a partner with Oakmont Partners LLC, an investment management firm.
Before embarking upon her professional journey, Ms. Rios studied marketing at the University of New Hampshire, from which she attained an associate degree. Well-qualified in her field, she was designated as an accredited investment fiduciary by Fi360 Inc. in 2010. As a testament to her subsequent accomplishments, she went on to earn recognition as the Top Investment Advisor by New Hampshire Magazine in 2011, 2012 and 2013.
