Judith Marie Bikulege, Senior Managing Director of Real Estate at Extended Stay America, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in real estate.
With more than 40 years of experience to her credit, Ms. Bikulege has excelled as the senior managing director of real estate for Extended Stay America since 2021 as well as a self-employed consultant and independent contractor in her field since 2014. Additionally active as the chief investment officer for Extended Stay America from 2017 to 2021, she previously served as the executive vice president of capital markets for Gencom American Hosptiality Inc.from 2007 to 2013 and the senior vice president of business affairs for the Morgans Hotel Group from 2002 to 2007. Prior to these positions, she was active as the vice president of mergers and acquisitions for Patriot American from 1997 to 1999 and the vice president of acquisitions and finance for Gencom American Hosptiality Inc. from 1992 to 1997. Ms. Bikulege began her career with Aircoa, later known as Richfield Management, from 1980 to 1989 before working with the Fine Hotels Company from 1989 to 1992.
To support her professional endeavors, Ms. Bikulege pursued an education at the University of Houston, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 1990. As a testament to her exceptional efforts, she was recognized among the 12 Inspirational Women to Finding the Future Hospitality on International Women’s Day in 2021. In that same year, she was additionally honored among the Top Influential Women in Hospitality by Hotel Management Magazine. Beyond her primary responsibilities in her field, Ms. Bikulege contributes to her community through The Castell Project, the C-Suite Organization and the AHLA, the latter of which has recruited her as a mentor.
