With nearly five decades of experience to his credit, Mr. Rexon has cultivated a career of excellence in the field of engineering. Since 1974, he has operated with Precision Automation Company Inc., a manufacturing company headquartered in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, that provides innovative engineering services to a wealth of clients and customers throughout the United States. The company was originally founded in 1946 by Mr. Rexon’s father, Fred Rexon Sr. Some of their chief offerings include contract machine work, material fabrication, and integration services that improve customer productivity.
As a longstanding member of the company, Mr. Rexon became the president and chief executive officer of the company in 2000. Specializing in automated machinery, machine and system design, and business operations, he has become well-regarded as a leader in his field. In addition to his skills as an engineer, he also utilizes his experience in pharmaceuticals, biomedicine and general consumer products to understand his marketplace and the needs of his customers. Additionally, Mr. Rexon has learned to remain up to date with the ever-changing technologies of his industry.
As part of his dedication to his profession, Mr. Rexon remains affiliated with the South Jersey chapter of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers. Additionally, he pursued a formal education at Drexel University, earning a Bachelor of Science in commerce and engineering in 1979 and a Master of Business Administration in 1983 at the institution’s LeBow College of Business. Outside of his primary vocation, Mr. Rexon also remains active as a civic-minded citizen in his community, regularly volunteering with his local food bank.
In light of his accomplished career, Mr. Rexon attributes much of his success to his ability to solve his customers’ automation and material handling problems. To wit, he is most notably proud to have sustained his company for many years, extending a legacy that spans nearly eight decades. He naturally gravitated towards a career in engineering, having been exposed to the environment from an early age by his father. Looking to the future, Mr. Rexon hopes to continue expanding his company and servicing newer markets.
