Dean Jackson, Vice President at Delta-T Group, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in staffing administration.
Mr. Jackson served his country as a Company First Sergeant with the United States Army from 1974 to 1977 and from 1979 to 1988 and as a canine officer at Lackland Air Force Base for two years and served his community as a police officer with the Indianapolis Police Department. He obtained an associate degree in business administration from the University of Maryland in 1983.
After finding success as a regional director with Spectrum Health Care Resources, a leading organization that provides program management and physician and clinical staffing services to United States military treatment facilities, VA clinics and federal agencies from 1996 to 2002, in the latter year Mr. Jackson joined Delta-T Group, a premier staffing agency providing workforce solutions for social services, behavioral healthcare and IDD residential facilities, becoming its vice president in 2008.
Mr. Jackson attributes his success to being blessed with the privilege of working with and being mentored by magnificent leaders throughout his career. Having discipline helped him establish a good work ethic. It is a value instilled in him by his family growing up and reinforced through the military. Mr. Jackson cites his family as his most shining achievement. After being in the military he considers it to be a great accomplishment to maintain 39 years of marriage and have four children and eight grandchildren. As Mr. Jackson is approaching his retirement, his goal is to establish a recruited and hired replacement for him who would be able to provide the necessary services for their company to grow further.
