Title: Chief Executive Officer
Company: FLAME Enterprises
Location: Tampa, Florida, United States

Bryan C. Roark, Chief Executive Officer of FLAME Enterprises, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in health care management and information technology.

Mr. Roark is currently starting a new chapter in his professional life by parlaying his decades of professional experience into a consulting role as the chief executive officer of FLAME (Faith-based Leadership And Mentoring toward Excellence) Enterprises, serving enterprise organizations across multiple verticals. In this position, he fills vacant C-level positions for clients, particularly the roles of chief technology officer, chief information officer and chief operating officer, as well as vice president of sales. In this diverse and challenging position, he will provide clients with a wide range of services by filling temporary leadership gaps for organizations, helping them continue with their day-to-day operations so they don’t fall behind or miss critical deadlines. Mr. Roark also works with leaders who are struggling to adapt to their positions, and provides them with mentorship and guidance to help them break through their limits and discover new facets of themselves in the process. As Mr. Roark describes it, it is the process of transforming from a manager to a true leader. Another aspect of the work is performing “gap analysis,” to develop continuous improvement plans based on the data that he discovers. In addition to his consulting business, Mr. Roark also partners with and supports his wife’s company, West Coast Medical, LLC., serving as its chief operating officer.

From 1992 to 1998, Mr. Roark served in the United States Army National Guard as a 91B combat medic/paramedic EMT, supporting tanker and scout units during his years of service. From there, he ran his own business as a personal trainer for high-profile clients in Louisiana. By 2003, he attended American InterContinental University, earning two Bachelor of Science degrees in business and health care management in 2004 and 2005, respectively. Degrees in hand, Mr. Roark served as an account manager at TW Telecom from 2005 until 2009.

Starting in 2009, Mr. Roark would spend the next nine years establishing himself as an enterprise sales executive for Vology until 2018, and he served as a senior account executive with Presidio from 2018 to 2019. From 2020 until 2022, he worked as a senior enterprise information technology consultant for Mainline Information Systems.

Mr. Roark attributes his success to his faith, his family, his hard work, his humility, and his habit of learning by doing. He considers his ability to build lifelong relationships as his most notable achievement, and in the coming years, he hopes to continue cultivating relationships by providing C-level solutions to clients. In his free time, Mr. Roark enjoys motorcycling, skydiving and studying to be a pilot.
